Dr. Gal Luft, co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security (IAGS) and former senior advisor to China energy company CFC, claims to have evidence of corruption involving the Biden family’s dealings with CFC. Luft says he voluntarily shared this information with the U.S. government in March 2019, fearing a potential scandal if Biden were to become president. Despite this, he alleges the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the media have ignored his claims.
He alleges that instead of taking his whistleblower testimony seriously, the DOJ intimidated and harassed him and his associates, eventually charging him with violating the Arms Export Control Act, among other charges. Luft was arrested in Cyprus in February 2023 and faces up to 100 years in prison if convicted. However, he maintains he has never dealt with arms and argues that the charges are an attempt to punish him for his whistleblower actions.

Luft claims that the DOJ knew about the Biden family’s dealings with CFC before the famous Hunter Biden laptop incident came to light. He also alleges a mole within the DOJ shared classified information with Hunter Biden and his Chinese partners.
Despite these allegations, Luft says the DOJ chose to suspend the investigation into his claims in September 2020, citing it being “too close to the elections.” He also questions why he was targeted in Cyprus instead of Israel, where he resides most of the time.
In the video, Luft also raises questions about the indictment timing, alleging that it was unsealed in November 2022, the same week of the midterm elections, suggesting political motivations. He calls for the DOJ to make his indictment public and submit the minutes from the Brussels meeting to Congress to allow transparency.
