In an era of globalization, population control strategies have taken a sudden, dramatic turn, and none are as eye-catching as the ‘gender strategy’ pushed by influential organizations.
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) made waves recently when it unrolled a fresh policy that treads controversial waters. “Today, USAID released the Agency’s first-ever Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex (LGBTQI+) Inclusive Development Policy,” announced a press statement last Wednesday. Designed to foster inclusive development, this policy plants its roots deep, entwining with some serious power players.
However, what’s causing ripples is USAID’s rumored relationship with the CIA, breeding suspicion that it’s covertly infusing gender ideology worldwide via FP2030. But why?

Behind the Scenes: Back in 2012, the global stage was set. A London meeting, graced by USAID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the UK Department for International Development (DFID), and the UNFPA, gave birth to an ambitious project: Family Planning 2020 (FP2020). Their mission? Empower 120 million women in low-income countries with contraception by 2020. Fast forward a bit, and enter FP2030. With its refreshed vision and fortified support from global titans like Pfizer and Bayer, the initiative found its wings.
Monica Kerrigan, North America and Europe Managing Director for FP2030 and ex-affiliate of Planned Parenthood, Gates Foundation, and USAID, further cements the conglomerate’s clout. If funding figures are anything to go by – and they are – FP2030 is swimming in it. They bagged a cool $1.4 billion from governments in 2021, with a meaty chunk of $500 million flowing from USAID.
The Real Deal: The real surprise, though, is FP2030‘s method. It’s not just about providing birth prevention tools but reshaping how people perceive them. Enter the media. A 2016 directive encouraged stakeholders to “use one or more mass media channels (radio, TV, print) to… effect family planning.”
Even more shocking? Their adoption of gender confusion ideology. By altering traditional “gender norms”, FP2030 claims to effectively curb natural birth rates. Their own documents state this clearly: “gender norms… create barriers to FP access.”

In stagnant countries, FP2030 believes the reshaping of ‘gender norms’ is more potent than any product. And as if this wasn’t enough, their strategy seemingly aligns with US intelligence agencies’ conspicuous funding of global “Pride” events.
A Ripple Effect: Birth prevention pills seem to intensify this effect, altering female attraction patterns. This pharmacological influence might be creating unintended societal ripples.
And while birth prevention pills and their effects are startling, the scale of FP2030‘s strategy doesn’t end there. Even vaccinations find their way into their arsenal. Just take Nepal, a nation embracing an integrated approach to family planning and immunization, aided by FP2030.
Their results? Overwhelming. By mid-2022, approximately 371 million women across the globe used birth prevention, especially evident in Sub-Saharan Africa.
In this intricate web of policies, funding, and ideologies, one thing is clear: global population control has turned a corner. Whether for better or worse is a conversation we need to be having right now. And while the details are many, the real question is this: Who is shaping the narrative, and to what end?
